So on March 20th, I’ll be in Vegas, Caesar’s Palace to speak to some peeps about Wicket for The Server Side Java Symposium. The official topic is “Architecting Applications using Apache Wicket”. I’ve been busy researching other presentations, and preparing my own, so I can represent Mystic well.

Get your butt over to Vegas in March for the conference, it runs the 18th through the 20th.

And remember: always bet on mystic.

Alas, Firefox on OSX has been really good, and thanks to a TekZilla podcast, it’s even better. A major gripe I’ve had for quite a while, was Firefox’s inability to tab to dropdowns. Apparently, the boys at Mozilla are pulling the keyboard preferences and applying them to form fields.

As you can see in this screenshot, if you select “All Controls”, you can now tab to those pesky dropdowns.

Personally, I think Mozilla should get a bit smarter about this like Safari does, and if you’re in a form … I don’t know … use some common sense?

Just kicking the tires on twitter tools which was recommended by evanchooly and amitsamtani.  If you see this in twitter, it worked I guess.  Still trying to see the benefit of twitter, but willing to continue.  I’ll have to twitter to find out what locations I should be distributing my rss feeds to.
